About
Investmart is a platform for Israel-based clients who are interested in international real-estate property investments. The website’s goal is to provide customers with smart financial opportunities and help real estate investors to build and manage their portfolio. We had to create a perfect “real-estate investment kit” kind of platform.

Project challenges
- Due to the competitiveness of the real estate business, we had to put extra effort into visuals: perform deep competitors research, create interactive mockups user testing, provide reviewal and comparison of graphical concepts. We had to make sure that Investmart stands out from the crowd;
- Users would have to entrust big amounts of money and sensitive personal information to the platform, so extra security was the client’s primary concern;
- A design had to carry through business yet interactive experience. The layout was supposed to be clean and professional, and we had to make sure that that user journey has a hint of gamification to keep the customers engaged.
Solutions
- We achieved a competitive advantage by equipping the platform with a real-time dashboard that allows visitors to quickly check the portfolio updates;
- The selection of highly mature and secure open-source technologies, together with end-to-end encryption of all user-data entered in the system ensured high level of security & privacy compliance for customer’s peace of mind;
- We have created an interactive design that helps the user smoothly navigate the platform. The main idea is that investing on the platform shouldn’t be more difficult than buying a pair of shoes online.
Results
What if you could go shopping for property and make money out of it? That’s what our client thought when he addressed this idea to us. Real estate market seems very broad, but yet it is so far the most secure business to invest in. But there is plenty of work to do if you do it on your own: travelling, going through legal procedures & and dealing with tedious bureaucracy issues…
With Investmart a potential investor has to press a few buttons to start capitalizing. Research and all the paperwork is already taken care of. The platform has 2 essential components: a simple and interactive design (a user journey has never been simpler) and secure backend to keep clients’ financial information safe.
