Personal mood diary | Mobile App for Android

Project 7 out of 7

About the project
A fun personal mood tracking application, which allows its users to keep track over their moods over time and even see how they compare to average moods in their area. The application employs algorithms for anonymizing user private data and approximation of user location.

Work process
The project included full cycle of product design and development: from functional analysis, UX design, visual design, development and deployment.

Analysis & Definition
Our expert product analysts worked with the customer to translate requirements into functional and appealing product.

UX & UI
The UX process included creation of interactive wireframes to create a common language between the customer, designer and the developer. The core challenge was to create a fun and inviting user interface, that would encourage the user to keep tracking her mood over time.

Development
The application was development in agile mode with sprints adding vertical slices of functionality. At the end of each sprint, the application was available for testing on staging, which greatly reduced the overall QA and customer review time.
