Project challenge

To simplify user actions while shopping, we had to provide users with filtering tools allowing them to find necessary items quickly.

Big amount of content, a number of integrations and predictively high level of user load required a thorough work on the platform architecture and database.

As the service was supposed to have a real-time prices comparison, we had to find a solution both to integrate the platform with various stores and to provide users with a high-speed of page-load.

For the marketing reasons, we had to make sure that the content will be easy to find on Google and other search engines.
Solutions

We have created an ML algorithm which creates shopper’s portrait by gathering data from his/her purchases and interactions in order to connect same-thinkers.

Our team decided to use Amazon S3 to store the content and Amazon Cloudfront to guarantee high access speed when filtering the products.

The platform automatically generates a unique link and SEO attributes for an item added to the platform or integrated from 3rd parties stores.
Results
Looking for necessary products on various platforms, finding customer reviews on the online store, brand and on a delivery service can be quite a devastating experience. So the idea was to create one platform which will combine sharing customers experience and shopping – all in one place.
The users of Consoma are able to create their social shopping profiles, connect with soulmates, interact with brands and shop directly on the platform!
The integrated ML algorithm changed the country’s shopping experience forever. There is no need to be browsing for best prices manually – the platform does it for you.
While creating Consoma to be seamless on the outside, we also made sure that the system will be running smoothly from the inside by implementing the best up-to-date technologies available on the market.
